1. Shipping
1.1 Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Fees: We offer several shipping options, which may incur different fees. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
1.2 Shipping Locations
Most orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA or Asia. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
1.3 Carriers
We partner with premium carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, such as UPS, FedEx, and PostNL. The carrier responsible for your delivery will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.
1.4 Customs and Import Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
1.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
2. Order Processing & Tracking
2.1 Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Processing time may be extended in cases of high order volume or postal service issues beyond our control.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us or the carrier directly.
2.3 Pre-Order Phase
When products are available for pre-order, they will be shipped according to the period specified on the product page. Until then, we are unable to fulfill or dispatch these orders. Pre-ordering ensures youll be among the first to receive the item once shipping begins.
